General Rules and Regulations for Siam Fantasy
Age Restrictions / Supervision of Children
- Our show is family-friendly! Children under 4 years of age are welcome to attend free of charge when seated on a parent’s lap.
- Standard Seating: Our main floor offers 614 seats.
- VIP Seating: Enjoy an elevated experience with our limited VIP seating, offering premium views and amenities for a maximum of 50 guests.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Persons with contagious diseases.
- Persons with visual and hearing impairments
- Persons who have had recent surgery.
- Operational staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove persons who may affect the safety or enjoyment of other guests.
- Food and drinks. (Beverages may be purchased within the theater.)
- Dangerous or hazardous materials including weapons, flammable liquids, fireworks, smoke bombs, or other harmful items.
- Carts or wheeled carriers (except strollers and wheelchairs).
- Pets or animals.
- Follow the instructions of our staff during the show for the overall enjoyment of the experience.
- Photography and video for personal use are allowed, however, videos may not exceed 10 minutes in length. Please refrain from using flash photography, additional lighting, or tripods during the performance.
- Commercial photography requires prior permission from Siam Fantasy.
- By entering the show, you consent to Siam Fantasy and its authorized agents taking and using your photographs or images for promotional purposes. All intellectual property rights in such media belong to Siam Fantasy or its authorized agents.
- Audiences must remain within permitted areas and adhere to the show area rules and regulations at all times.
- All bags and personal items may be inspected for security purposes.
- Please respect fellow audiences while waiting and enjoying the show.
- The unauthorized sale of goods or services, distribution of printed materials, demonstrations, speeches, or public gatherings are prohibited without prior permission from Siam Fantasy.
- Guests are prohibited from entering staff or event areas that are cordoned off.
- Siam Fantasy reserves the right to adjust show times, limit guest capacity, or temporarily close certain seating areas without prior notice due to capacity, weather conditions, or special events in the interest of safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings. Siam Fantasy is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Any loss please contact our operational staffs.
- A luggage depository is available for your convenience. Please note: valuables should not be left in storage. For assistance, please contact our staff at the ticket box office.
- Siam Fantasy is not liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect), distress, inconvenience, anxiety, or injury caused during the show, the show area, and its facilities except in cases of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
- Wheelchair access is available. Please inquire at the ticket box office for assistances.
- The dress code for Siam Fantasy is casual. Please take off hats or caps during the show to ensure everyone has a clear view.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to be dressed inappropriately.
- For commercial filming or drone usage inquiries, please contact Siam Fantasy for authorization.
- Admission by ticket only.
- Child 1-3 years is free of charge.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Tickets purchased at the show’s ticket office are valid on the date of purchase unless specified otherwise.
- Tickets purchased online are valid on the booking date only. Need for help with your booking please contact us at [email protected] in advance.
- Tickets cannot be resold without prior written consent.
- Siam Fantasy may refuse entry if tickets are resold without consent.
- Photocopied tickets are invalid.
- Tickets will be inspected before entering the show.
