After the play, some of the performers waited in the lobby and approached audience members for pictures. While this initially seemed like a nice touch to connect with viewers, we were caught off guard when they demanded money after the photos were taken. This left us with a sour impression, as it felt unexpected and out of place in an otherwise excellent production.
While I would still recommend Siam Fantasy for its artistry and theatrical brilliance, I hope the organizers reconsider this practice (performers insisting to take photos and then asking for money) to ensure a more pleasant experience for all attendees.
Update: I have included the photo taken with me and my wife by the artists who asked us for money. Earlier, I had taken a picture with the three performers from the Muay Thai act, and they didn’t ask for anything. After the paid photo, we left and noticed more artists in the lobby, dressed in stunning costumes. However, we were already disappointed by the experience and quickly walked past them, fearing they might grab our hand, take another picture, and demand more money.
If money is the issue, I suggest the organizers slightly increase the ticket price and allow every attendee to take one or two complimentary pictures with the performers. This way, guests can leave with the enchanting impression the show itself provided, rather than being let down by the post-performance interactions.

pleasant performance for the country folklore; I don't enjoy it, but I'm sure others will find it fascinating.
Great show featuring dances from 4 regions of Thailand. The concept and storytine just needs to be improved. The whole show needs artistic direction so the beautiful costumes, performances, LED don’t go to waste. Performers after the show should really stop asking for tip while having photographs taken with guests. Otherwise, just don’t go out after the show. Pay them well so they don’t need those tip. You don’t do that in professional shows, do you?
Great show and production value. The dancing was amazing and the screens and music heightened the experience. The show was wonderful from end to end.
